Amsterdam Modest Fashion Week Designers and Brands round up

Amsterdam Modest Fashion Week (AMFW) organized by Think Fashion (led by Franka Soeria & Ozlem Sahin) has set the new mark for Modest Fashion Weeks series. It has shown the beauty of European modest fashion scene.

The 6th official event, which was held in PTA, Amsterdam from 14-16 December has successfully showcasing the works of modest fashion designers/brands from 20 countries. 

Here is the recap of AMFW fashion shows!

Mizalle from Turkey presents wearable look that are light, easy to mix and match and fresh. Mizalle has been known as one of the strong ready to wear brand that provide rich selections of style.

Sempre from Turkey wowed the audience with colorful designs with touch of orange, purple and pink. With big straw hats, the retro inspired brand offers new fresh style for modest fashion lovers.

Trepezzi from Turkey Trepezzi swimwear brings luxury and fashion to two very important segments of the swimwear industry; sun protection & modest swimwear. During Amsterdam Modest Fashion WeekTrepezzi met key industry players in Europe market and ready to expand in the region with an exclusive collection.

Modest Fashion Founders Fund– The first funding program in modest fashion was showcasing the works of their designers; Hannie Hananto, Wad Studio, Neera Alatas and Luluk Marla. The four designers from Indonesia presents diverse styles from pop art, edgy, feminine to couture look and has successfully impress AMFW audience.

Yand from Russia introduce us to delicate work of cultural influenced clothing translated into both couture and ready to wear pieces.
Many of Yand collections are museum-worth pieces, one of them are embellished by real diamonds with USD$1Million worth. The show has stunned many audiences. 

Raidha’s Maldives which once participated in Dubai Modest Fashion Week 2019, made a comeback in AMFWRaidhapresented urban modern look using sunset tones of exotic Maldives. The collections were very modern and unique at the same time. 

#Markamarie presents Medina Zein show brought back the urban eclectic look of a woman. With the sets of power suits, coordinating tops and pants and beautiful outer wears with 3D details, the show was one of the best to watch.

Ummiriaz International from Malaysia showcased the brave bold look with unique cuts and details. With baloon sleeves, smock and pattern play- the show has successfully won the audience attention.

Studio Maqam from Netherlands showing what the sustainable fashion was all about. With their upcycle and urban concept- the brand appeared in AMFW show with young fresh energy.
